Validity of Sales Contract, Product, and Price Information:
The terms of sale are applicable to the acquisition of goods from our Online Store. Product prices, inclusive of delivery fees, are clearly stated alongside the products. The delivery fee is contingent on the buyer's location and chosen delivery method, with detailed information presented during the order completion process. Product details are available in the Webshop, adjacent to each respective item.
To place an order, add desired products to your shopping cart, and complete the order by entering the required data fields and selecting the preferred delivery method. The payment amount is then displayed, and secure payment can be made through the following methods:

Payments are accepted exclusively in euros.
Important Note: When using a bank link, ensure to press the "Back to the merchant" button on the bank's page.
Payments are facilitated by the payment intermediary, Montonio Finance, in a secure environment outside the Online Store. When using a bank link, payment takes place within the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank data. The contract becomes effective upon the receipt of the payment amount in the online store's current account.
As the owner of the online store, we act as the responsible processor of personal data, forwarding necessary personal data for payments to the authorized processor, Montonio Finance OÜ.
In the event that ordered goods cannot be delivered due to product unavailability or other reasons, the buyer will be promptly notified, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded expeditiously, no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Our products are available for delivery to Estonia and Internationally. For Estonian Buyers have the option to choose from various pickup points, including Omniva, Smartpost, and DPD parcel machines. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the corresponding pricing details are presented alongside the chosen shipping method. Shipments within Estonia typically reach the specified destination within 2-7 working days from the commencement of the sales contract.
Right of Withdrawal:
Upon receiving their order, buyers have the right to withdraw from the e-shop contract within 14 days. Please note that this right does not apply to legal entities. To exercise the 14-day return option, the ordered goods must be unused, ensuring that they are only tested to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality, as permitted in a physical store. If goods exhibit signs of use beyond this scope, the Online Store reserves the right to adjust the refundable amount based on the decrease in the item's value.
To initiate a return, submit a withdrawal application via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error such as receiving the wrong or defective item. Goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application or providing evidence of shipment. Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will promptly refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. The online store may withhold refunds until the item is returned or evidence of return is provided, whichever comes first. The online store retains the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of goods if a pricing error significantly undercuts the market price.
Right to File a Claim:
The online store is accountable for goods not meeting contract conditions or having pre-existing defects within two years of delivery. If a defect arises within the first six months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. Buyers must notify the online store of defects within two months of their discovery by emailing email@example.com. The online store is not liable for defects arising after goods have been delivered. In case of defects, the online store will repair, replace, or refund the defective goods. Complaints are addressed in writing or a form enabling written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing:
Personal data provided by buyers is used solely for order processing and delivery. The online store shares personal data with transport service providers for delivery purposes. Newsletters and offers are sent only if the buyer explicitly opts-in on the website. Buyers can opt out at any time by emailing us or following instructions in the email containing offers.
Buyer complaints should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, buyers can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The committee's role is to resolve disputes arising from the buyer-Online Store contract, free of charge. Buyers also have the option to seek resolution through the European Union's platform for resolving consumer disputes.
