Returns / Exchanges

As Exhanges and Returns are often too much trouble  for you as a Customer, we ask you to carefully read the product descriptions about the material and sizing recommendations and contact us incase of any questions!

We are more than happy to help and advise incase of any concerns or questions!

You have the right to exchange or return your ordered product within 14 days. The 14 day term starts when the package arrives at your address or package is taken from the post office.

If you would like to exchange or return the product, please notice us via email info@suvesuss.ee

Return/Exchange can be done using the same code you used to pick up your package.

The product you wish to exchange or return cannot be damaged or have signs of having been worn, it must be in its original packaging and all original tags must be attached to the product. If these conditions are not filled, we have right to deny your request for a return or exchange.

THE SELLER DO NOT COMPENSATE RETURNED/EXCHANGED PACKAGES TRANSPORT COST THEREFORE PLEASE SEE FOLLOWING:

ESTONIA

SmartPOST:

- Return - 2,75 EUR will be applied and taken off from the amount paid back to the Customer. 

- Exchange - 2,75 EUR for sending package back to us + 2,75 EUR sending new package to the customer will need to be paid by the Customer - total 6 EUR shall be compensated by the Customer.

Omniva

- Return - 3.60 eur will be applied and taken off from the amount paid back to the Customer. 

- Exchange - 3.60 EUR for sending package back to us + 3.60 EUR sending new package to the customer will need to be paid by the Customer - total 7.20 EUR shall be compensated by the Customer.

LATVIA

Omniva

- Return - 6.50 eur will be applied and taken off from the amount paid back to the Customer. 

- Exchange - 6.50 EUR for sending package back to us + 6.50 EUR sending new package to the customer will need to be paid by the Customer - total 13 EUR shall be compensated by the Customer.

DPD

- Return - 5 eur will be applied and taken off from the amount paid back to the Customer. 

- Exchange - 5 EUR for sending package back to us + 5 EUR sending new package to the customer will need to be paid by the Customer - total 10 EUR shall be compensated by the Customer.

LITHUANIA

Omniva

- Return - 8 eur will be applied and taken off from the amount paid back to the Customer. 

- Exchange - 8 EUR for sending package back to us + 8 EUR sending new package to the customer will need to be paid by the Customer - total 16 EUR shall be compensated by the Customer.

DPD

- Return - 8 eur will be applied and taken off from the amount paid back to the Customer. 

- Exchange - 8 EUR for sending package back to us + 8 EUR sending new package to the customer will need to be paid by the Customer - total 16 EUR shall be compensated by the Customer.

FINLAND

SmartPOST

- Return - 9 EUR will be applied and taken off from the amount paid back to the Customer. 

- Exchange - 9 EUR for sending package back to us + 9 EUR sending new package to the customer will need to be paid by the Customer - total 18 EUR nshall be compensated by the Customer.
