As Returns are often too much trouble for you as a Customer, we ask you to carefully read the product descriptions about the material and sizing recommendations and contact us incase of any questions!
We are more than happy to help and advise incase of any concerns or questions!
You have the right to return your ordered product within 14 days. The 14 day term starts when the package arrives at your address or package is taken from the post office.
If you would like to return the product, please notice us via email info@suvesuss.ee so we know to expect your package.
The product you wish to return cannot be damaged or have signs of having been worn, it must be in its original packaging and all original tags must be attached to the product. If these conditions are not filled, we have right to deny your request for a return.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. The fastest way to swap out a pair for another style is to return your pair, and place a new order for your desired pair.
REFUNDS
Once you order is received at our warehouse it will be inspected by personnel. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
